Customised Products

• Custom jerseys (with name, number, or personalised printing) are non-refundable and non-cancellable, as they are made exclusively for you.

Non-Custom Products

• Cancellations for non-custom products can be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

• All refund claims are subject to verification by our support team.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Exclusions

• Discounts, offers, gift cards, and vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred.

• Minor variations in size, colour, or design due to digital display differences are not considered defects.
